What is Hi Honey Mail Club?
Hi Honey Mail Club is a monthly snail mail subscription created to bring a little more connection, creativity, and calm into your everyday life.
Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated envelope in your mailbox filled with cozy, uplifting goodies designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself. Think of it as a small monthly ritual, something tangible to look forward to in a world that moves so fast online.
Inside your envelope, you may find things like:
A heartfelt letter rooted in vulnerability & connection
A surprise paper good to encourage wellness
A QR code to a virtual sound bath or mat pilates
A thoughtful journal entry to spark reflection
Arecipe to enjoy and share with your friends or family.
The goal of Hi Honey Mail Club is to create a sense of community and intentional living, like getting a thoughtful letter from a friend each month. 💌
It’s called “snail mail” because it celebrates the slower, more meaningful experience of real mail: opening an envelope, putting your phone down for a moment, and enjoying something made with care.
When will I receive my mail?
Hi Honey Mail Club mail is sent out by the 5th. Sign up by the 15th of each month or enroll in the monthly subscription.
US orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days after mailing.
Part of the beauty of snail mail is the anticipation and slower pace, but if something seems off with your delivery, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
What if I need to cancel or update my address?
No problem! Just send an email to hello@honeyandraypilates.com and we’ll help update your address or cancel your subscription.
To make sure changes apply to the upcoming month’s mail, please reach out before the monthly shipment goes out.
What if my mail never arrives?
If your Hi Honey Mail Club envelope doesn’t arrive, please email us at hello@honeyandraypilates.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Sometimes mail gets delayed or returned, so we may resend your envelope if possible. If your mail cannot be delivered, we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund for that month.

If you sign up before the monthly mail-out date, you’ll receive that month’s envelope. If you sign up after mail has already gone out, your first envelope will arrive the following month.
